Mayfair Copperhill Community in Valencia CA 91354

Valencia is a
planned community located in Los Angeles County, California in the northwestern corner of the Santa Clarita Valley, adjacent to Interstate 5. Valencia's residential areas are separated into villages. Almost all of Valencia's villages are close to schools, shopping, etc. In many of the villages, homeowner's associations oversee the quality and upkeep of housing developments ranging in size from a few dozen homes to over a thousand.

The Mayfair Copperhill community is in the Northpark Village, in the heart of Valencia. It consists of clusters of 134, two-story, detached single-family homes in Valencia, CA (within the Santa Clarita Valley.)

There are four models of homes in the Mayfair Copperhill community:
Model One is a 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath home with 1234 square feet of living space.
Model Two is a 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath home with 1346 square feet of living space.
Model Three is a 3 Bedroom, 2.5 or 3 Bath home with 1366 square feet of living space.
Model Four is a 3 Bedroom, 2.5 or 3 Bath home with 1419 square feet of living space.

Mayfair Copperhill homes have a enclosed backyard and attached garages. The community also has a pool and spa.
